Exclusive Dinner with Your Hearts

The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta offers a grand evening for those who want to celebrate love and romance this Valentine’s Day.  Guests can impress their loved ones with a selection of exceptional dining experiences especially made for the sweet occasion.

For lovebirds who want to celebrate romance in the legendary Lagoon Cafe, can have an intimate four-course dinner. On that special day, the Hotel  will be adorned in Valentine’s Day-themed decorations exclusively for couples seeking a romantic and dreamy ambiance.  The diners may delve in this delicious menu from 6pm- 9pm on 14 February 2020.

For starters we commence with  "一目ぼれ Hitomebore seared Norwegian Salmon in Japanese miso marinated with Peruvian jalapeno and cilantro dressing topped with fresh assorted vegetables.

For soup course , couples will enjoy "Séduction" a  tantalizing French lobster bisque with  tarragon foam and toasted garlic bread.

Countinue with main courses, all lovebirds will taste "Animo Gemella", a marriage of succulent  US Short Ribs braised in Italian herbs  and seared Hokkaido Scallops accompanied with potato puree, Veal jus, steamed baby Carrot and grilled green Asparagus.

While for dessert, there will be "Forbidden Fruit" a delightful apple mousse with apple jelly served with Belgian chocolate and caramelized walnut. Executive Chef, Andry Stefanus said “ I am looking forward to working with my creative team to craft a delectable dinner and romantic ,truly memorable evening” .
